Za'atar Potatoes & Tahini Sauce

These crispy Za'atar roasted Potatoes & Tahini sauce is my go to side dish which goes with anything! The combination of flavours is crazy delicious, sour, garlichy, sweet and salty!

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp za'atar
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • parsley to garnish


  • Peel and cut your potatoes into small pieces.
  • Cover them with olive oil za'atar and salt. Mix well.
  • Bake in the 200 °C oven for about 40-45 minutes until golden crispy.
  • Prepare tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt. Mix well.
  • Drizzle sauce on cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
