These Mushrooms over Bean Hummus is such an amazing and comforting dip. It goes so well together and it just so addictive!

Ingredients
  

Mushrooms

  • 300 g button mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika

Hummus

  • 1 can canelini beans
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tbso tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Mushrooms

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Saute 4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped mushrooms together with all spices. Saute for about 12 minutes stiring occasionally. You'll get brown and delicious mushrooms.

Hummus

  • Add drained beans and the rest of the hummus ingredients to a food processor and blend until you get creamy consistency.
  • Transfer hummus to a plate and top it with cooked mushrooms, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
