This radish tempura is crispy, delicious and amazing snack served with beautiful tahini, lemon and garlic sauce.
- 1 bunch fresh radish with leaves
- 1 tbsp flour
- ⅓ cup water
- ½ tsp each salt/black pepper/ cumin
- neutral oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon juice
Make the batter by combining flour, water and spices.
Cut each radish in half lenghtwise.
Preheat the cooking oil.
Dip each radish to a batter and fry in the hot oil until both sides are golden and crispy.
Meanwhile make the sauce combining all the ingredients.
Serve the tempura in the sauce and enjoy!
