Olive Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade

This dip makes the perfect appetizer! Enjoy it atop hummus and crackers. It also goes great with freshly sliced vegetables such as cucumber and carrots.

  • 1 cup green olives
  • ½ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • handful fresh mint
  • handful fresh parsley
  • handful fresh dill
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic


  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with some olive oil.
  • Pulse, scraping the sides until desired consistency. Serve it and Enjoy!
