Hi, I’m Meda. Welcome to Tasty Simply Vegan Blog! I wanted you to know a little bit more about me. For the past year, I’ve been sharing beautiful, plant-based recipes that my family and I enjoy on a daily basis on my Instagram blog and decided that it’s the time to finally launch my website. My goal is to inspire you to embrace more plant-based foods in your diet without feeling the least bit deprived. And yes, my recipes are great for meat-eaters and picky kids too!
I started my cooking experiments and fell in love right away after becoming vegan back to 2019. Me and my husband love to try new flavours and cousines. I like to keep my recipes healthy and simple also very adjustable for everyone’s needs.
I love to get into reading of new recipes and try to create my own. I think I had passion for cooking since I was a kid, but turning to a vegan diet made me realise how much I love being in a kitchen and experimenting with food.
I started this blog to share my love of vegan food with the world and to inspire others to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. I believe that eating a plant-based diet is not only good for our health but also for the planet and the animals we share it with.
Here on tastysimplyvegan, you’ll find a variety of vegan recipes, from quick and easy weeknight dinners to show-stopping desserts. I’m constantly experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to bring you the best possible recipes.
I realized I couldn’t directly or indirectly cause extreme suffering and death of any other animal or human when there are alternatives. I also found about the impact on our own health and environment because of our food choices and decided to become vegan for the health, animals and our future!
