Bulgur Wheat Salad

This summer bulgur wheat salad bowl is super healthy and full of delicious flavours. Made with nutty bulgur, fresh herbs, chopped vegetables!

- 200 g bulgur
- 1 piece beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 2 pickles
- 1 handul fresh lettuce
- 1 handful fresh scalions
- 1 handful fresh dill
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp za'atar
In the big bowl add all the dressing ingredient and mix very well.
Add the cooked bulgur wheat (see the instructions above or follow on the wheat package), then add the rest of the vegetables and mix very well.
