Cuisine Mediterranean
- 500 g fresh green beans trimmed and slices into small bite sized pieces.
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 tsp chili flakes adjust to your liking if you don't like to spicy
- salt to taste
Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil, then add a pinch of salt and the trimmed green beans. Cook them for 7-8 minutes until they’re crisp-tender. Drain and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process, which helps them retain their vibrant green color.
To a large salad bowl add cooked beans, garlic, chopped dil, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and chili. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Allow the beans to sit in the fridge at least 10 minutes to combine all the flavours.
Serve it and enjoy!
