- 400 g (14 oz) plain tea biscuits
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 200g (7 oz) vegan condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powdre
- 100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate
- nuts, dried fruit optional
Start by breaking the biscuits into bite-sized pieces. Keep them chunky for texture!
In a sauce pan combine condensed milk, chocolate, coconut oil and cocoa powder. Heat it on a low heat and stir until everything melts together.
Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the biscuits. Add any optional ingredients like nuts or dried fruits. Mix gently until every biscuit piece is coated.
Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log or press it into a cake tin. Wrap it tightly and smooth out the surface.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. This helps it firm up into a sliceable, decadent cake.
Unwrap, slice into portions, and enjoy with coffee or tea!
