Radish and Cannellini Bean Salad

This Radish and Cannellini Bean Salad is not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor and texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cooked Cannellini beans
  • 300 g fresh radish thinly sliced
  • 1 handful spring onion chopped
  • 1 handfull dill chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ of one lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice your radish using a knife or a mandoline.
  • Chopp all the herbs.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients into a bowl.
  • In a large salad bowl combine radish, cannellini beans, herbs and the dressing.
  • Mix well and let it marinade for 5-10minutes before serving so the flavors combine.
  • Serve it and enjoy!
