Cut the cabbage in half and slice the half into 6 wedges.
Place on the lined baking sheet. Mix the oil, salt, za''atar and black pepper and brush the wedges evenly on both sides.
Bakee in the preheated 200C oven for about 40 minutes until tender and browned.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
On a serving plate add 1 tbsp of yoghurt sauce and spread evenly. Place the cooked cabbage wedges and drizlle more yoghurt sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley, more za'atar and some chili oil (optional) Enjoy!
