Sunflower Seed and Dill Dip

This sunflower seed and dill dip is seriously one of the easiest and delicious I made in a long time! So easy and delicious!

- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp water
In a bowl add sunflower seeds and cover it with boiling water. Leave it to soak for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the sunflower seeds.
Transfer the seeds to a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy consistency.
Cover with more olive oil and serve. Enjoy!
