Sunflower Seed and Dill Dip

This sunflower seed and dill dip is seriously one of the easiest and delicious I made in a long time! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add sunflower seeds and cover it with boiling water. Leave it to soak for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the sunflower seeds.
  • Transfer the seeds to a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Cover with more olive oil and serve. Enjoy!
