It’s full of fresh flavours from baby potatoes, fresh radishes and fatty butter beans, as well as many fresh greens and finally touched with creamy mustard vinaigrette. It’s also super easy to make. All you have to do is to boil some baby potatoes until tender and chopp other vegetables, make the mustard dressing and toss everything together.

I use this recipe for many years and it always turns out great. It’s quick and easy to make and can be stored for long period of time. This golden liquid is perfect for any vegetables you want to pickle. All you need is some turmeric, honey, sugar, vinegar and salt. For the flavours inside the jar I ussed some garlic, peppercorn and sliced chilli pepper.

This Zucchini and Yoghurt Dip with fried Za’atar spices chickpeas is bright, light and flavourful lunch idea. I was craving eggplant yoghurt dip the other day, but I did not have any eggplants on hand. I did, however, have some zucchinis. In my mind, they would work as a perfect substitute, and I was…. correct! This dip turned out fantastic and delicious. It simply starts out with some shreded and sauted zucchini and then blends with yogurt and lots of garlic. Oh and did I mentioned you how well it goes with fried za’atar chickpeas. It’s truly the best treat you can have!
