This is super healthy and delicous beetroot and walnut sread. Beetroot is one of the most beautiful vegetables and so good for you so try this recipe and be healthier!
Course Side Dish
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small beetroot roasted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • I a food processor add beetroot, garlic, parsley, walnuts, spices, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Blend until you get smooth consistency.
  • Spread on rye bread, top it with olive oil, parsley and pine nuts.
  • Enjoy!
