  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

How to make?

  1. Mix the Ingredients: Combine all the seeds, oats, olive oil, salt and spices and mix well.
  2. Absorb the watert: Pour over the hot water and let it rest for 10-15min.
  3. Mix in the sourdough starter.
  4. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Roll Out the Dough: Roll out the dough thinly betweet twho parchment papers and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Season (Optional): Sprinkle additional toppings like sea salt, herbs, or spices on top of the crackers for extra flavor.
  7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Cool and Break Apart: Allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines.
  9. Store: Store the crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for several days of crispy enjoyment.
