  • 1 head cauliflower cut in florets
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tsp soy sauce use tamari for gluten-free option
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • green onions to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and maple syrup until you have a smooth, pourable sauce. The combination of miso and gochujang gives the dish its signature punch of flavor.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the sauce, making sure each piece is evenly coated. The sauce should stick well, coating the nooks and crannies of each floret. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top o the florets.
